Our Team

Enzo Multifamily was founded by Sapan Talati & Veena Jetti

After spending years in the corporate world and living the daily work grind, Sapan and Veena realized their true passions embodied the spirit of entrepreneurship. With their experience in real estate, they founded Enzo Multifamily in 2015 to provide opportunities for others to gain financial independence through real estate. Currently, in its portfolio, Enzo has 2,450+ units valued at $350M+.

Strategy & Operations by trade, innovator and entrepreneur by heart.

Sapan Talati, Founding Partner, has 10+ years of real estate experience and has a multitude of senior and executive level asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, business development and strategy experience. His multifamily experience includes over $400M+ in acquisitions. His experience stems from management consulting in strategy where he championed two international brands valued over $1B into the U.S.; led post-merger strategy planning for a top 5 U.S. bank by assets; modeled and executed $50M+ in equity into commercial development projects in India.

Sapan is a guest lecturer at UCSD’s Rady School of Business on strategy and innovation. He has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from the Rady School of Business at UCSD.

Veena Jetti, Founding Partner at Enzo Multifamily, has 10+ years of real estate experience including overseeing management of $1B+ in real estate assets. Her expertise includes driving corporate growth strategy, asset management, and business development derived from working for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her background includes acquisition, syndication, and growth strategy for multifamily assets. She is often a panelist and speaker at various global conferences and radio shows.

Veena is also a founder and past board member of a national non-profit organization. In 2017, she spent a lot of her time and focus on aiding the victims of Hurricane Harvey through coordinating emergency dispatch and rescue calls. Since Harvey, her ongoing rescue work involves helping companies  and non profits understand how they can be better prepared for disaster response. Veena has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Developing structure, navigating ambiguity, and forward thinking.

Neal Dandona, Principal and Partner, has real estate experience including overseeing management of $300M+ in real estate assets.  As a physician, this second calling in his life was ignited after successful passive investing in multifamily real estate.  His passions involve investor relations, education, and empowering individuals with a proverbial seat at the table. In terms of execution strengths, Neal oversees the operational branch of Enzo Multifamily’s Florida assets.  This involves integration and oversight with the larger property management team and on site team to ensure on-budget renovations, steady cash on cash growth, and longer term NOI proliferation coincide with Enzo Multifamily’s forced appreciation model. Furthermore, through alignment of cost segregation and depreciation resources,

Neal functions to ensure all gains are met with the most aggressive tax harnessing strategies.  Neal Dandona has an undergraduate degree from John Hopkins University and a Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine.

Enjoys seeking real estate opportunities, building a brand and launching to market.

Principal and Partner, Puja Talati has real estate experience including overseeing $240M+ in real estate assets. She has expertise in marketing, strategic growth planning, innovation, and operations. Puja also consults with Fortune 500 companies, lending her marketing and branding expertise.  She is a former brand manager at The Hershey Company where she managed and marketed iconic brands such as Hershey’s KISSES chocolates, achieving above growth targets for the $420M brand. She also led two brand launches and has experience building brands in international markets.

Prior to her career in marketing, Puja was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked in numerous industries and service areas, including post merger strategic planning for Fortune 500 banks. Puja has an undergraduate degree in marketing from Carnegie Mellon University and a MBA from Duke University.
